Sometimes it is hard to see that the connection is requesting a username or password. Need to make that more visible.

Fixed in v2026.9.16.6 (drafted, pending macOS installer before publishing): the inline username/password prompt bar is now a solid highlighted banner with bold contrasting text instead of blending into the tab background, and a tab prompting in the background gets a "(Needs input)" title suffix plus a distinct tab color so it's noticeable even with several sessions open.
