Stop tracking .claude/ -- local tool config, not project source

launch.json is just the Browser preview tool's dev-server launch config (command, port); nothing sensitive in it, but it never should have been committed in the first place. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
